本文用GLC方法测定了18月龄的两种古柯属植物古柯〔Erythroxylum cocaLam)和秘鲁古柯〔E.novogranatense(Morri)Hieron.var.novogranatense〕叶片中苯甲酰甲基芽子碱(benzoyl-methylccgonine简称BME)含量的昼夜变化规律及土壤pH对其生物量积聚作用的影响。土壤pH以硫酸或碳酸钙调节。昼夜24 h每4 h测一次。结果表明上述两种植物的最高BME含量是在当天8:00时。此时古柯的BME含量为128μg/100 mg干重(pH 3.5),90 μg/100 mg干重(pH 4.0),秘鲁古柯
