测定了肺癌患者28例、正常人37例血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:肺癌组高于正常对照组(P<0.05);同时测定肺癌组28例、正常对照组49例血清T-SOD(血清中SOD总量)活性,肺癌组明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。另外,还测定21例老年人血清T-SOD活性,其活性低于正常对照组(P<0.05),但高于肿癌组(P<0.05)。
The serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content was measured in 28 patients with lung cancer and 37 normal controls. Results: The lung cancer group was higher than the normal control group (P<0.05). Simultaneous determination of serum T-SOD (total SOD) activity was found in 28 lung cancer patients and 49 normal control patients. The lung cancer group was significantly lower than the normal control group. (P<0.01). In addition, serum T-SOD activity was also measured in 21 elderly patients, which was lower than that in the normal control group (P<0.05), but higher than that in the tumor group (P<0.05).
