国内外目前对宫颈癌手术分类尚不统一 ,手术范围也不一样。我们建议参照Rutledge关于宫颈癌5类扩大全子宫切除术分类法 ,将宫颈癌手术分为6类 ,即Ⅰ类 ,宫颈锥形切除术 ;Ⅱ类 ,筋膜外全子宫切除术 ;Ⅲ类 ,子宫次广泛切除术及选择性盆腔淋巴结切除术 ;Ⅳ类 ,广泛子宫切除术及标准性盆腔淋巴结切除术 ;Ⅴ类 ,广泛性子宫切除术及部分输尿管和部分膀胱切除术 ;Ⅵ类 ,盆腔脏器切除术。并规范每类手术的手术范围。
At present, the classification of cervical cancer is not uniform at home and abroad, the scope of surgery is not the same.
