对西南地区5份优良野生马蹄金选系的水分利用效率(WUE)及坪用价值进行初步研究,以期为抗旱、适应性强、坪用价值优异的草坪草新品种的选育提供参考。结果表明,1)5份野生材料中,GD200503、SD200309和SD200411具有较强的净光合速率(Pn)和较小的蒸腾速率(Tr),WUE大于对照,具有较强的抗旱潜力。2)5份野生材料中,GD200503、YD200503和SD200310的草层低矮、质地细腻、均一性高、叶色碧绿以及绿期较长,坪用价值综合评分均高于对照。综上认为,GD200503净光合速率较强,水分利用效率高,坪用价值高,极具草坪开发利用前景。
Preliminary studies were conducted on the water use efficiency (WUE) and tillage value of five excellent wild Dichondra repens in southwestern China in order to provide reference for the breeding of new turfgrass varieties with high drought resistance, high adaptability and high pratical value. The results showed that: 1) Among 5 wild materials, GD200503, SD200309 and SD200411 had stronger photosynthetic rate (Pn) and lower transpiration rate (Tr), and WUE was greater than that of the control and had strong drought potential. 2) Among 5 wild materials, the grass layers of GD200503, YD200503 and SD200310 are low, with fine texture, high homogeneity, green leaf color and long green period. In summary, GD200503 strong net photosynthetic rate, water use efficiency, Ping with high value, very lawn development and utilization prospects.
