宁镇、宜溧丘陵山区是江苏省重点茶叶产区。该区一般土壤磷素含量偏低。实践证明,要建设一个高产、稳产,优质茶园,除加强茶园管理,合理施入氮素营养外,还必须重视磷素和其它元素的配合使用,才能获得高产优质。本试验采用放射性磷一32,在我院下蜀林场土壤速效磷为4.28ppM(<0.5毫克/100克土)的低磷茶园,进行磷素吸收规律的研究,并在我院同位素实验室进行茶苗~(32)p标记示踪试验。这将有助于加深对茶树磷营养的了解。

Practice has proved that in order to build a high-yield, stable and high-quality tea plantation, in addition to strengthening the management of tea plantation and applying nitrogen nutrition rationally, we must also attach importance to the cooperation of phosphorus and other elements to achieve high yield and good quality. In this study, we used phosphorus-32 to study the regularity of phosphorus uptake in the low-phosphorus tea garden where available phosphorus was 4.28ppM (<0.5mg / 100g soil) in Shulin Farm in our hospital and conducted in our hospital isotope laboratory Tea seedling ~ (32) p labeled tracer test. This will help deepen the understanding of phosphorus nutrition in tea plantations.
