随着对柴油机的负荷、工作压力、功率以及寿命方面要求的不断提高 ,对柴油机活塞也提出了极高的要求。这样 ,就只有极少的铸造厂家有能力生产出符合这一要求的产品。为了避免在浇注更大的柴油机活塞时在特别苛刻的高应力部位出现铸造缺陷 ,从而获得所要求的高质量铸件 ,提出了一种新的铸型方案。因为成品的几何形状不可能改变 ,并且在这一造型条件下没有合适的铸造的结构 ,所以需要借助于数值模拟寻找出一种解决方法。本文描述了该研究过程
With the diesel load, work pressure, power and life expectancy continues to increase, the piston on the diesel engine also made a very high demand. In this way, very few foundries have the ability to produce products that meet this requirement. In order to avoid casting defects in particularly harsh, high-stress areas when casting larger diesel pistons, and to obtain the required high-quality castings, a new casting scheme was proposed. Because the geometry of the finished product can not be changed and there is no suitable cast structure under this modeling condition, a solution has to be found by means of numerical simulation. This article describes the research process
