浙江省电力公司是中国一流电力公司,承担着全省10个地区的供电任务。面对用电需求增长较快、投资较大等形势,建设好营销技术支持系统不仅是电力客户发展的需要,而且也是提升全省营销能力的要求。以实用化为前提,以“五统一”为原则,以各系统间高度集成为基础,以解决客户有效需求为目的,浙江电力营销技术支持系统虽然在技术上并不是最先进,但在应用层面和功能完善上表现出强劲优势。它的建设实践告诉我们,要立足需求,“统一”先行。
