松散、坑槽等路面病害极易在含盐高湿环境下出现,为解决江苏滨海高等级公路此类病害,克服传统试验指标带来的问题,本文提出了间接拉伸强度指标(IDT)混合料沥青用量设计综合确定最佳沥青用量方法。首先分析间接拉伸强度的试验条件与混合料水稳性能相关性,论证基于IDT强度设计方法的可行性,随后通过对比两种设计方法的沥青混合料的路用性能,验证基于IDT强度设计方法的可靠性。结果表明:含盐高湿环境地区,在马歇尔设计法的基础上,采用IDT强度代替稳定度和流值确定沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量的设计方法是可行的,且IDT强度的试验条件为40℃、加载速率为5mm/min。通过肯塔堡飞散试验、浸水肯塔堡飞散试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水汉堡车辙试验发现,基于IDT强度设计的沥青混合料的粘结性能、水稳性能、耐久性能均优于马歇尔设计的混合料,验证了基于IDT强度沥青用量设计方法的可靠性。
In order to solve the problems brought by Jiangsu Binhai high-grade highway and overcome the problems caused by the traditional test indexes, this paper presents the Indirect Tensile Strength Index (IDT) mixed Asphalt dosage design to determine the best asphalt dosage method. First of all, the relationship between test conditions of indirect tensile strength and water stability of mixture is analyzed. The feasibility of design method based on IDT strength is demonstrated. The results show that based on the Marshall design method, it is feasible to design the optimal asphalt content by using the strength of IDT instead of the stability and the flow value. The test conditions of IDT strength are 40 ℃, loading rate of 5mm / min. Through the Kentucky flying test, Kentucky water immersion test, freeze-thaw splitting test and immersion Hamburg rut test, it is found that the asphalt mixture based on IDT strength has better bonding performance, water stability and durability than the Marshall design Of the mixture to verify the reliability of asphalt based on IDT strength design method.
