茶艺学力是员工从事茶艺工作的重要基础和必备条件。通过对中职生显性茶艺学力和隐性茶艺学力的调查,发现中职生从事茶艺工作的优势和欠缺,能为科学合理制定茶艺课程教学目标和切实提高课程设置质量提供重要参考,从而创新专业教学的模式,确定人才培养的方向,为地方茶馆输送更多切合他们茶艺学力需求的人才。
Tea artistry is an important foundation and prerequisite for employees to engage in tea work. Through the investigation of the obvious academic skills and hidden tea skills of secondary vocational students, it is found that the advantages and disadvantages of secondary vocational students engaged in tea work can provide an important reference for scientifically and reasonably setting the teaching objectives and improving the quality of curriculum. Professional teaching model to determine the direction of personnel training for the local tea shop to send more meet their tea technical needs of talent.
