用Mather和Jinks的三参数和六参数模式分析了大豆两组合12种农艺性状的基因效应。估算并比较了各性状的狭义和广义遗传力。各性状普遍具有极显著加性效应,而且除粒茎比及组合(1)的一荚粒数和每节荚数外,其余性状都表现显著的上位性效应。显性效应的重要性因组合和性状而有很大变化。单株粒重、单株全重、单株荚数、单株粒数的加性、显性及上位性三类基因效应都很重要;上位性中又以显性×显性[1]和加性×加性[i]效应较为重要;而加性×显性[j]效应较为次要,并在多数情况下有减效作用。
The three-parameter and six-parameter models of Mather and Jinks were used to analyze the genetic effects of 12 agronomic traits in two soybean combinations. The narrow and broad heritability of each trait was estimated and compared. All traits generally had extremely significant additive effects, and all the traits showed significant epistatic effects except for the stalk ratio and the number of pods per pod and the number of pods per combination (1). The significance of the dominant effect varies greatly depending on the combination and trait. Per plant weight, weight per plant, number of pods per plant, grain per plant additive, dominant and epistatic three kinds of gene effects are very important; epistasis again dominant × dominance [1] and Additive × additive [i] effect is more important; and additive × dominance [j] effect is more important, and in most cases there is a reduction effect.
