针对航材需求不确定性大、保障经费紧张导致难以全面充分满足航材保障需求的问题,提出了航空兵团日常训练任务航材需求量和外地驻训任务航材携行量的确定方法.以满足日常训练任务的航材需求量为库存下限,满足日常训练任务和外地驻训任务的航材需求量为库存上限,确定了满足任务要求的航材库存限额标准,为实现航材精确保障提供了决策依据.最后结合实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
In view of the uncertainty of the demand for aviation materials and the shortage of funding for security, it is difficult to fully meet the needs of aviation material support. The method of determining the demand for aeronautic and naval training materials and the amount of aviation material carried in field training missions is proposed. For the daily training tasks, the required stock of aviation materials is the lower limit of stock. The demand for aviation materials meeting daily training tasks and field training missions is the upper limit of stock. The stock material inventory quotas meeting the requirements of the mission are determined, providing accurate The decision-making basis.Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by examples.
