应用传代人肝癌细胞系(OGy—7703),鉴定从人胎肝提取的肝细胞生长刺激物质(HSS)及从乳猪肝脏中提取的低分子多肽对肝源性细胞DNA合成的影响。实验证实我们制备的两种生物制剂确具有促进人肝癌细胞DNA增殖的作用,增殖率明显高于喉癌细胞。并观察到肝细胞生长刺激物质富含于肝细胞中。其它脏器胞质液中无类似物质。不同胎龄及不同贮存时间提取的肝细胞生长刺激物质,其生物活性在本实验中无明显差异。
The passaged human hepatoma cell line (OGy-7703) was used to identify the effect of hepatocyte growth stimulating substance (HSS) extracted from human fetal liver and low molecular weight polypeptide extracted from liver of suckling pig on the DNA synthesis of hepatogenic cells. Experiments confirmed that the two biological preparations we prepared had the effect of promoting the proliferation of human liver cancer cells, and the proliferation rate was significantly higher than that of laryngeal cancer cells. It was also observed that hepatocyte growth stimulating substances are rich in hepatocytes. There are no similar substances in the cytosol of other organs. The hepatocyte growth stimulating substances extracted at different gestational ages and different storage time have no significant difference in biological activity in this experiment.
