目的 :对比分析三种剖宫产术式的优缺点 ,以便选择适当术式。方法 :将 391例足月妊娠 ,具有手术指征的产妇随机分三组 ,分别采用新式、子宫下段及腹膜外剖宫手术 ,观察每种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、娩头难易、术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术后血尿、导尿管拔除后排尿情况、术后病部及切口愈合情况。结果 :新式剖宫产与子宫下段剖宫产、腹膜外剖宫产相比 ,手术时间、术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术后血尿等均有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :新式剖宫产术式被认为是较理想的术式
Objective: To compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of three cesarean sections in order to choose the appropriate surgical procedure. Methods: 391 full-term pregnant women with gestational indications were randomly divided into three groups: new style, lower segment of uterus and extraperitoneal cesarean section. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, Yi, postoperative eating time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hematuria, urination after catheter removal, postoperative pathology and incision healing. Results: Compared with cesarean section and extraperitoneal cesarean section, the new cesarean section had significant difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative eating time, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hematuria (P <0 .0 1). Conclusion: The new cesarean section is considered as the ideal surgical procedure
