消炎痛眼用膜剂用于治疗各种类型的葡萄膜炎,外伤性炎,预防术后炎症反应等。使用方便,疗效确切。已收载在《浙江省医院制剂规范》内。其成膜材料为聚乙烯醇05—88,但市场上很难买到。本文选用其它成膜材料制成眼用膜剂,经临床使用,效果满意。现将消炎痛眼用膜剂的处方,制备方法,质量控制报告如下: 一、处方与制备 1.处方消炎痛 25mg CMC-Na 0.6g 山梨醇 0.6g 甘油 2滴吐温-80 2滴蒸馏水适量
