21世纪的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,而医院是高素质、高水平人才的聚集地,人力资源管理水平的提升对于提升医院的管理水平有着不可忽视的作用。只有将人力资源管理纳入医院的战略性管理地位中,进行全方位、多角度地研讨,才能使医院在发展中立于不败之地。笔者以北京市海淀区卫生系统人才管理的方法为例,探寻通过提高人力资源管理水平,提高医院管理水平的办法。
In the final analysis, the competition in the 21st century is the competition for talents, and hospitals are the gathering place for high-quality and high-level talents. The improvement of the level of human resources management plays an indispensable role in improving the management level of hospitals. Only by integrating human resources management into the hospital’s strategic management status and carrying out holistic and multi-dimensional discussions can the hospital be in an invincible position in development. The author takes the method of Haidian district health system talent management in Beijing as an example to explore ways to improve the management level of human resources by improving human resources management.
