为了解河南省儿童常规免疫接种的情况，对全省１９９７年常规免疫接种率报告系统的工作情况进行了分析评价。结果表明：１９９７年全省常规免疫卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗等四种疫苗的报告接种率均在９７．０％以上，估算接种率为８０．０％～８７．３％；部分地区（市）报告接种率可信性较低。提示在进一步搞好常规免疫接种率报告工作的同时，一些常规免疫薄弱地区，计划免疫工作亟需加强 In order to understand the situation of routine immunization of children in Henan Province, the work of routine immunization coverage reporting system in 1997 was analyzed and evaluated.
