本文研究了铸态镍铝青铜的微观组织。当铝含量为9.2%,镍含量低于2%时,合金铸态组织由先共析α固溶体,α+γ_2共析组织和残余β相(马氏体)组成。若将镍含量增至3%以上,铸态组织中的α+γ_2被α+β_2′;共析组织取代,且不再有马氏体存在。如果维持合金中镍含量在3%左右,将铝含量增加0.5%,合金中出现α+β_2′+γ_2共析组织。各种共析组织的形貌虽十分相似,但可以用SEM和TEM的方法鉴别。
This paper studies the microstructure of as-cast NiAl bronze. When the content of aluminum is 9.2% and the content of nickel is less than 2%, the as-cast microstructure of the alloy consists of proeutectoid α solid solution, α + γ 2 eutectoid and residual β phase (martensite). If the nickel content is increased above 3%, α + γ_2 in the as-cast structure is replaced by α + β_2 ’; eutectoid structure, and no more martensite exists. If the content of nickel in the maintenance alloy is about 3%, the content of aluminum is increased by 0.5%, the α + β_2 ’+ γ_2 eutectoid structure appears in the alloy. Although the morphology of various echoesomes is very similar, they can be identified by the methods of SEM and TEM.
