目的探讨在高等医学院校设立医院感染控制与消毒专业的可行性。方法查询设立该专业相应的法律法规依据,开展对济宁市101所县级以上医疗机构医院感染控制与消毒专业人力资源现状及需求的调查,问卷调查100名医护人员和患者对医院感染控制与消毒工作的需求。结果在高等医学院校设置医院感染控制与消毒专业有相当的法律法规支持和设置依据;全市101所医疗机构共有医院感染控制与消毒专职人员176人,平均每机构1.75人;调查100名医护人员和患者对医院感染控制与消毒工作的需求,需求率分别为100.0%和91.0%。结论在高等医学院校设置医院感染控制与消毒专业是切实可行的。
Objective To explore the feasibility of setting up hospital infection control and disinfection specialty in medical colleges and universities. Methods To investigate and establish the basis of the corresponding laws and regulations of the profession and to carry out a survey on the current situation and needs of human resources in hospital infection control and disinfection of over 101 medical institutions above the county level in Jining. 100 medical staff and patients were investigated for hospital infection control and disinfection The needs of work. Results There were quite a few laws and regulations supporting and setting the basis for the establishment of hospital infection control and disinfection specialty in medical colleges and universities. There were 176 hospital infection control and disinfection professional staffs in 101 medical institutions in the city, with an average of 1.75 persons per institution. Conclusion It is practicable to set up a hospital infection control and disinfection specialty in higher medical colleges and universities.
