房屋内环境会对建筑所处地域的生态质量和场地环境的生活、居住者的健康产生直接影响。在全球都在倡导低碳节能设计的今天,依据地域气候条件的被动式设计策略是回应倡导的积极态度,设计专业人员的觉醒和努力是改变地域生态的重要力量,通过房屋布局朝向、建筑形式、玻璃属性以及安装位置、材料的选择,结合自然制冷、遮阳防潮以及通风采光等被动式设计手段,能够有效改善房屋内环境空气质量,降低能耗,延长建筑寿命~([1]),探讨具体可行的被动式节能设计策略及应用,是本文的价值所在。
The environment inside the house will have a direct impact on the ecological quality of the area where the building is located and the life of the site environment and the health of the occupants. In today’s world, when low-carbon energy-saving design is advocated, the passive design strategy based on the regional climatic conditions is a positive attitude in response to advocacy. The awakening and efforts of design professionals are important forces in changing the ecology of the area. Through the layout of houses, architectural forms, Glass properties, installation location, material selection, combined with passive design methods such as natural refrigeration, sun-proofing and ventilation and lighting, can effectively improve the ambient air quality in the house, reduce energy consumption and prolong the life of the building.
