检测凸轮廓线,必须精确确定从动件位移起始点的位置方能提高检测精度.目前国内由于多用光学分度头和阿贝测头手动操作检测凸轮,需要操作简单,精度高的检测方法.本文通过理论分析,提出了确定盘状凸轮廓线位移起始点的通用方法.它适用于廓线对称或非对称凸轮,对心直动、偏置直动和摆动从动件凸轮,推回程位移精度要求相等或不等的凸轮,单行程内各区段位移精度不等的凸轮.该方法计算简单,操作方便,通用性强,精度较高,效益明显.
To detect the profile of the cam, the position of the starting point of the follower displacement must be accurately determined to improve the detection accuracy.At present, due to the multi-purpose optical indexing head and the Abbe probe manually operated to detect the cam, a simple and accurate detection method is required. In this paper, a general method to determine the starting point of dislocation of cam profile is put forward by theoretical analysis, which is suitable for profile symmetric or asymmetric cam. The cam with the same or different precision requirements, and the cams with different displacement accuracy in the single stroke.The method has the advantages of simple calculation, convenient operation, high universality, high precision and obvious benefits.
