在深入分析高速公路建设工程质量管理的特点和现状的基础上 ,指出现行的质量管理模式存在的问题 ,建议引入质量成本的概念 ,实行质量成本管理并对其重要意义进行了详细的论述 ,对改进高速公路建设工程的质量管理 ,提高其有效性和可操作性具有很强的现实意义 Based on the in-depth analysis of the characteristics and current situation of quality management of expressway construction projects, the existing problems of quality management mode are pointed out. It is suggested that the concept of quality cost should be introduced, the quality cost management should be introduced and its significance be discussed in detail.
