《文化产业振兴规划》的颁布标志着我国文化产业发展进入了一个新的历史阶段,中小文化企业已成为推动文化创新和文化产业发展的生力军。资本是推动文化产业大发展的重要催化力量,对于中小企业来说,只有具备了充足的资金企业才能得到进一步发展。目前,投融资问题成为影响我国中小文化企业发展的瓶颈之一,因此,解决中小文化企业投融资问题已成为发展文化产业的首要任务。而在研究中小文化企业的投融资问题之前,有必要先分析目前我国中小文化企业的融资方式及问题,这也正是本文的意义所在。本文主要分析中小文化企业的投融资方式,为进一步分析投融资瓶颈打下背景基础。
The promulgation of the “Plan for the Revitalization of Culture Industries” marks a new historical stage in the development of China’s cultural industries. Small and medium-sized cultural enterprises have become the new force in promoting cultural innovation and the development of cultural industries. At present, the issue of investment and financing has become one of the bottlenecks that affect the development of small and medium-sized cultural enterprises in our country. Therefore, solving the problem of investment and financing for small and medium-sized cultural enterprises has become the primary task of developing cultural industries. Before studying the issue of investment and financing for small and medium-sized cultural enterprises, it is necessary to analyze the current financing methods and problems of small and medium-sized cultural enterprises in our country, and this is exactly the significance of this article. This article mainly analyzes the mode of investment and financing of small and medium-sized cultural enterprises, laying the groundwork for further analysis of the bottleneck of investment and financing.
