目的:探讨重症监护病房中噪音时新生儿的影响.方法:2008年8月至2010年4月出生后即在我院NICU住院,并在培育箱或开放暖床上治疗1个月左右的新生儿,培育箱中的100例早产儿作为观察组,开放暖床上的100例早产儿作为对照组.结果:观察组发生PVH-IVH和PVL的比例低于对照组,对照组的总听力损失46例和轻度听损失34例,均明显高于观察组(P
