随着改革步伐的不断加快,企业要发展,必须拥有大批综合素质与之相适应的职工,这就对职工培训工作提出了更高的要求。笔者认为,培训工作要结合基层工作实际,根据在岗职工不同的知识结构和基础,进行有针对性地教学。本文结合胜利油田临盘厂车管大队的工作实际,对如何创新培训理念,构建新型职工培训体系这一内容进行了简要归纳和整理,全文共分三个部分。第一部分是车队培训工作现状;第二部分是引入先进培训理念,新型培训体系初具模式;第三部分是用理论指导实践,构建富有车队特色的新型培训体系。
With the accelerating pace of reform, enterprises must develop a large number of workers with comprehensive qualities and adapt to it, which puts forward higher requirements on staff training. The author believes that the training should be based on the actual grass-roots work, based on the different knowledge and skills of workers in the structure and basis for targeted teaching. Based on the actual work of vehicle control brigade at Linpan Factory in Shengli Oil Field, this article briefly summarizes how to innovate the training concept and build a new employee training system. The full text is divided into three parts. The first part is the current status of fleet training. The second part introduces the advanced training concept and the new training system model. The third part uses theory to guide practice and builds a new training system with rich fleet characteristics.
