女童教育,是整个少数民族地区教育的难点。女童教育是人权问题、人口问题、妇女问题、贫困问题在教育上的综合反映,是衡量一个国家和地区社会进步的重要标志,已引起了世界各国政府的关注,在中国更是如此。龙胜红瑶自90年代以来在女童教育方面的积极探索和实践,有效地提高了女童教育的质量,促进了红瑶的女童教育的发展,是整个少数民族地区教育的一个缩影。总结其办学规律,找到进一步搞好女童教育的对策,将为整个少数民族地区的女童教育的发展起到积极的作用。
Girls’ education is a difficult point for education in the entire ethnic minority area. Girls’ education is a comprehensive reflection of human rights, population, women and poverty in education. It is an important indicator of social progress in a country and a region and has drawn the attention of governments in various countries in the world. This is even more so in China. Longsheng Hongyao’s active exploration and practice of girl’s education since the 1990s has effectively improved the quality of girl’s education and promoted the development of girl education in Hongyao. It is a microcosm of education in the entire ethnic minority area. To sum up their rules of running schools and to find ways to further promote the education of girls will play a positive role in the development of girls’ education in ethnic minority areas.
