目的探讨细胞周期蛋白E(CyclinE)和P27、P53在皮肤癌中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组化法检测30例皮肤癌组织中CyclinE和P27、P53的表达情况。分析三者与皮肤癌Broders标准分级之间的关系,以及CyclinE与P27、P53的相关性。结果皮肤癌组织CyclinE、P27表达与对照组比较显著升高(χ2=12.05;χ2=25.15,P<0.05)。在各级鳞癌组织间比较,CyclinE和P53表达差异明显(χ2=9.84;χ2=8.85,P<0.05);P27在鳞癌组织中的阳性率较对照组低(χ2=3.98,P<0.05),P27在鳞癌组织各级间比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.16,P>0.05)。结论 CyclinE、P27、P53在皮肤鳞癌中有异常表达,在皮肤鳞癌中的发生发展中可能起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of cyclin E, P27 and P53 in skin cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CyclinE, P27 and P53 in 30 cases of skin cancer. To analyze the relationship between the three and Broder’s classification of skin cancer, and the correlation between CyclinE and P27, P53. Results The expression of CyclinE and P27 in skin cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2 = 12.05; χ2 = 25.15, P <0.05). The expression of CyclinE and P53 in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in control (χ2 = 3.98, P <0.05) ), P27 in all stages of squamous cell carcinoma, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 1.16, P> 0.05). Conclusions CyclinE, P27 and P53 are abnormally expressed in squamous cell carcinoma of the skin and may play a role in the occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin.
