针对混合信号SoC的片上测试信号源问题,提出一种基于噪声整形和时分复用技术的片上多频正弦波信号源的实现方法。该信号源由无失真离散积分振荡器生成正弦信号,利用Σ-Δ调制技术,避免了使用多位高精度乘法器;用1位D/A转换器,完成多位数字正弦信号到模拟信号的转换;引入时分复用技术,实现了多频正弦波信号对硬件资源的共享;运用无乘法器梯形网络,实现噪声整形电路。实验仿真结果表明,信号源的精度高、结构简单,方法可行。
Aiming at the problem of on-chip test signal source of mixed signal SoC, a method of realizing on-chip multi-frequency sine wave signal source based on noise shaping and time-division multiplexing is proposed. The signal source generated by the distortion-free discrete integral oscillator sinusoidal signal, the use of sigma-delta modulation technology to avoid the use of multi-bit high-precision multiplier; with a D / A converter to complete multi-bit digital sine signal to the analog signal Conversion; the introduction of time-division multiplexing technology to achieve multi-frequency sinusoidal signal sharing of hardware resources; the use of multiplier ladder network, the noise shaping circuit.
