悬吊训练法(S-E-T)是一种发展核心力量、提高肌肉控制能力、预防运动损伤的有效方法,近年来这种训练方法已被国内外相关人员应用于竞技体育中并从中获得益处。本文通过文献资料并结合训练实践,探讨悬吊训练在羽毛球体能训练教学中的运用价值与意义,研究认为悬吊训练对羽毛球运动员核心力量的增长、平衡能力的提高、神经肌肉控制能力的增强、运动损伤的预防与康复都起了非常重要的作用。接下来的研究里除了进一步完善悬吊训练体系在羽毛球运动中的应用外,也应加强悬吊训练在其他竞技运动项目的应用研究。
Suspension training method (S-E-T) is an effective method to develop core strength, improve muscle control ability and prevent sports injuries. In recent years, this training method has been applied to athletics sports by domestic and foreign people and benefited from it. This paper discusses the value and significance of using suspension training in badminton physical training teaching through literature and training practice. It is concluded that the suspension training can improve the core strength of badminton players, improve the balance ability, enhance the neuromuscular control ability, Prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries play a very important role. In the next study, in addition to further improve the application of suspension training system in badminton, we should also strengthen the application of suspension training in other competitive sports.
