糖尿病是一种长期发作,并以血糖持续增高为主要表现的代谢异常型疾病,近些年糖尿病发病率逐年增高,主要患病人群集中在老年患者,病因包括遗传性、胰岛素分泌异常等,糖尿病发展至后期可能引起多种并发症出现,包括心脏、肝肾及心脑血管病变等~([1-2])。本文通过对糖尿病患者实施护理过程中重点加强健康教育工作,观察对预防糖尿病足出现的影响,现将结果报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料根据2015年7月~至2016年7月在花都区秀全社区卫生服务中心就诊的500例
