最近国家科学技术进步奖评审委员会评定出我国第一批1772项国家级科学技术进步奖,南京电子器件研究所(由南京团体器件研究所和南京钟山电子技术研究所合并后的新所名)共获得五项,其中一等奖二项,二等奖三项.获国家级科技进步奖一等奖的项目是:毫米波体效应二极管及振荡器系列,低噪声砷化镓场效应晶体管系列(与河北半导体研究所共同获得).获国家级科技进步奖二等奖的项目是:W0061型8千兆赫广播电视接力系统无人值守中继机,SC-25型记录高速瞬态信息硅靶扫描转换管,硅增强靶微光摄象管.在另一项获一等奖的项目卫星通信系统中采用了该所研制的W205型4千兆赫低噪声参量放大器作卫星地面站的前置低噪声放大器.现将这几项科技成果分别简介如下:
Recently, the National Science and Technology Progress Award Review Committee has assessed China’s first batch of 1772 national scientific and technological progress awards, Nanjing Institute of Electronic Devices (Nanjing Institute of Devices and Nanjing Zhongshan Institute of Technology merger of the new name) A total of five, including two first prize, the second prize of 3. Won the first prize of state science and technology progress awards projects are: millimeter wave effect diode and oscillator series, low-noise gallium arsenide field-effect transistor series (Jointly obtained with the Institute of Semiconductors, Hebei) Projects winning the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award are: W0061 8 GHz radio and television relay unmanned repeater, SC-25 high speed transient recording silicon target Scan conversion tube, silicon enhanced target micro-optical tube.In another project won the first prize of satellite communication system using the developed W205 4 GHz low noise parametric amplifier for satellite ground station front low Noise amplifier. Now several of these scientific and technological achievements are as follows:
