本文用新型材料PVF_2压电薄膜作为测定冲击凿岩时钻头凿入力的传感器,直接测出凿入力。试验结果表明,由于PVF_2压电薄膜频响宽,稳定性好,灵敏度高,同时用它可直接测钻头横截面上的凿入力,无需中间换算等环节,故测出的凿入力比目前常用的应变片方法的测定结果更合理可靠。文章还对不同形武的压头(钻头)同时用压电薄膜和应变片技术进行了测量比较。
In this paper, a new type of material PVF_2 piezoelectric film is used as a sensor to determine the chisel penetration force of rock drill, which directly measures the chisel sinking force. The experimental results show that because of the wide frequency response, good stability and high sensitivity of PVF_2 piezoelectric film, the cutting force of the cross section of the drill can be directly measured without any intermediate conversion. Therefore, The strain gage method is more reasonable and reliable. The article also on the different shape of the pressure head (drill) while using piezoelectric film and strain gauge technology were measured and compared.
