日前,看到这样一条消息:北京市宣武区劳动保障局、司法局要求在各街道建立劳动争议调解指导委员会,在劳动纠纷多发地、新型企业和非公企业集中的商业街区及社区建立调解工作站,通过这种方式加强劳动争议预防与调解工作力度,提高调解协议的法律效力。完善劳动争议处理体制和制度,已经成为构建和谐劳动关系的重要途径之一。针对目前我国劳动争议处理体制和制度中还存在的问题,各界专家学者对其进一步完善建言献策。
