高职院校教师发展中心功能应综合上位——国家和上级主管部门对教师发展中心建设的要求,以及下位——满足教师发展需求来准确定位。高职院教师发展中心功能包含提升教师教学能力,提升教师专业实践能力,增强教师对教学学术性和专业性认识,提升教师师德修养,培育职业教育教学文化等。实现教师发展中心功能的路径为:加强顶层设计,独立设置教师发展中心;加强教师发展队伍建设,配备足量专兼职人员队伍;强化高职教师发展研究,构建不同层次教师发展体系;加强教师发展需求调查,开展形式多样的教师发展活动,增加活动的实效性和针对性。
The function of teacher development center in higher vocational colleges should be based on the superior - the requirements of the state and higher authorities for the building of teacher development centers, and the next - to meet the teacher development needs to accurately locate.
