中国的民用机场长期以来处在事业体制之下,实行的是计划经济。机场的属地化改革,不仅仅意味着隶属关系的改变,更重要的是机场的管理体制由事业向企业转变,从此真正走向了市场,成为市场经济条件下的经营主体。这一变革,将在各个方面得到明显的体现,其中也包括人力资源管理。
China’s civil airport has long been under a system of undertakings and has implemented a planned economy. Airport localization reform, not only means that changes in affiliation, more importantly, the airport management system from business to business transformation, from the real to the market, a market economy under the conditions of the main business.
