目的 :探讨微血管密度 (MVD)与 p5 3表达对判断大肠癌预后的价值以及MVD和p5 3的相关性。方法 :用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 6 8例大肠癌组织MVD和 p5 3的阳性表达。结果 :p5 3蛋白阳性表达率4 1.2 %。p5 3蛋白阳性表达率与大肠癌组织学分级无关 ,而与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和Dukes分期有密切关系 ;而MVD计数则与大肠癌组织学分级、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和Dukes分期密切相关。p5 3表达与MVD计数显著相关。结论 :联合检测 p5 3蛋白异常表达和MVD可作为大肠癌预后判断指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the value of microvessel density (MVD) and p5 3 expression in the prognosis of colorectal cancer and the relationship between MVD and p53. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the positive expression of MVD and p53 in 68 cases of colorectal cancer. Results: The positive rate of p5 3 protein was 4 1.2%. The positive rate of p53 protein was not related to the histological grade of colorectal cancer, but closely related to the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and Dukes staging; while the MVD count was correlated with histological grade, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, Distant metastasis and Dukes stage are closely related. p5 3 expression was significantly correlated with MVD count. Conclusion: The combined detection of p5 3 protein abnormal expression and MVD can be used as one of the prognostic indicators of colorectal cancer.
