作者介绍了用薄层层析直接检定有机磷农药的方法。将以二氯甲烷配制(menazon用乙醇配制)的农药在硅胶H板上点样后,用正己烷:丙酮(7:2或5:1)混合溶剂展开,冷风吹干,在适宜温度下(50～250℃)加热一定时间(10～120分)或先喷上1.0N的氢氧化钠(或氢氧化钾),或硫酸溶液后再加热。该法能使少数农药增强萤光或使一些原无萤光的农药产生萤光。
The authors present a direct method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides by thin layer chromatography. The pesticides formulated with dichloromethane (menazon in ethanol) were spotted on a silica gel H plate and developed with a mixed solvent of n-hexane and acetone (7: 2 or 5: 1). The mixture was air-cooled and dried at a suitable temperature 50 ~ 250 ℃) heat for a certain time (10 ~ 120 minutes) or first spray 1.0N sodium hydroxide (or potassium hydroxide), or sulfuric acid solution and then heated. The law can make a small number of pesticides to enhance the fluorescence or fluorescence of some of the original non-fluorescent pesticides.
