在社会主义经济体制制度的不断完善的今天,经济水平和生活水平不断提升。教育具备促进人和社会发展的功能,在高速发展的人才培育过程中,教育方式随之调整。现如今的人才培育中,学生的专业能力、自身素养和人生观价值观等深受重视。艺术职业院校学生有着普通大学生的共性,也有其独有个性。近年来,艺术职业院校不断创新校园文化建设,着力提升学生职业素养,本文根据艺术职业院校的相关背景,对艺术职业院校校园文化建设与学生职业素养提升进行分析并给予相应对策。
Today, as the system of socialist economic system continues to improve, the economy and living standard have been constantly upgraded. Education possesses the function of promoting the development of people and society. In the process of rapid development of personnel training, the mode of education is adjusted accordingly. In today’s talent cultivation, students’ professional abilities, their own literacy and their outlook on values in their lives are deeply valued. Art vocational college students have the common features of ordinary students, but also has its own unique personality. In recent years, the art vocational colleges constantly innovate the campus culture construction and make every effort to improve the students ’professional accomplishment. According to the relevant background of the art vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the campus culture construction and the students’ professional accomplishment improvement in the art vocational colleges and gives corresponding countermeasures.
