我们根据多年贮藏杂交稻种子的经验,设计出仓库密封和白化处理,安装排气扇降温降湿,整包种子晒干,塑料膜密封等系列技术,充分利用自然条件,造成低温低湿低氧。由于无需空调设备、去湿机和人工脱氧,因而成本低廉,每10万公斤年均用费仅增加300元。而效果可以跟低温库相比,贮藏4年多的常规稻种子(粮食)发芽率还在69.5~92.5%之间。采用该技术不仅可以保证种子在第二年使用时发芽率基本不变,而且可以保证种子隔年安全贮藏。同时,既解决备灾种子的贮备问题,又使杂交稻种子年际间调剂成为可能。
Based on our years of experience in storing hybrid rice seeds, we have designed a series of technologies, such as warehouse sealing and whitening treatment, installation of exhaust fan cooling and humidity reduction, whole package seed drying and plastic film sealing, to make full use of natural conditions, resulting in low temperature, low humidity and low oxygen. Since there is no need for air-conditioning equipment, dehumidifiers and artificial deoxidation, the cost is low, and the annual average cost per 100,000 kilograms is only increased by 300 yuan. The effect can be compared with the low-temperature storage, storage of more than 4 years of conventional rice seeds (grain) germination rate is still between 69.5 ~ 92.5%. The use of this technology can not only ensure the seed germination rate in the second year when the basic change, but also to ensure the safe storage of seeds every year. At the same time, it will not only solve the reserve problem of prepared seeds, but also make it possible to adjust the intersubspecific hybrid rice seeds.
