目的:探讨血压的变化对肾髓质间质细胞内脂质颗粒的影响。方法:对正常大鼠股静脉滴注多巴胺使其血压升高,通过形态学观察和图像分析,计数肾髓质间质细胞细胞内抗高血压脂质颗粒的数量变化。结果:实验组大鼠肾髓质间质细胞内脂质颗粒的数量明显少于对照组大鼠。结论:血压升高后刺激了肾髓质间质细胞脱颗粒以维持机体血压平衡,说明肾间质细胞在机体抗高血压过程中的重要性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of blood pressure on lipid particles in interstitial cells of medulla. Methods: Normal rats were injected dopamine into the femoral vein to increase the blood pressure. Morphological observation and image analysis were used to count the number of antihypertensive lipid particles in the medullary stromal cells. Results: The number of lipid particles in medulla stromal cells in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group. CONCLUSION: Elevated blood pressure stimulates renal medulla stromal cells degranulation to maintain the body’s blood pressure balance, indicating the importance of renal interstitial cells in the anti-hypertensive process of the body.
