溢油数模计算对于事故发生前的应急预案制定及事故后的影响程度分析预测和事故处理具有重要的指导意义。为研究闽江下游福州港某BP码头发生溢油后油膜运动规律及其对附近敏感目标的影响程度,该文采用油粒子模型,综合考虑油粒子的蒸发、溶解、乳化、物理沉淀、生物降解等风化过程,对溢油事故进行数值模拟。结果表明,该码头发生溢油事故后,溢油不会进入海洋,而是在溢油点附近作往复的漂移运动,各敏感目标附近的油粒子浓度随时间高低变化。数值模拟还确定了各敏感目标的最不利工况和可供采取应急措施的应急时间。

The concentration of oil particles near each sensitive target varies with time. Numerical simulations also identified the most unfavorable conditions for each sensitive target and the contingency time available for taking emergency measures.
