在我国具有权威性的文献上,党的十四届三中全会的决定正式提出“造就企业家队伍”的要求,这意味着“企业家”这一有争议的称呼已经被中央文件接受。这以后,原来已经热门的一个问题——中国有没有企业家、中国企业家的社会职能和历史方位如何,变得更热门了。中央与地方的有关部门还列出专题进行调查研究,探讨这一关系我国改革攻坚战的议题。 企业家是一个怎样的社会角色?是法人代表;是致富的“领头雁”;是具有充分主动性、创造精神,准备承担新的风险和尝试运用新方法和新观念的人;是厂长、经理群体之中的佼佼者;是经营企业的专门家…… 我以为,一个人在社会上的角色是能多方选位的。
