目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎HP感染的疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用清胃散加减结合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎HP感染50例为治疗组,并与三联疗法组45例对照。两组均治疗1个月,观察临床症状和HP改善情况。结果:治疗组在改善胃炎临床症状上疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组利对照组的HP根除率分别为90.00%与86.67%(P>0.05)。结论:清胃散加减结合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎HP感染具有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic gastritis HP infection and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 50 cases of chronic gastritis HP infection were treated with Qingwei San plus triple therapy in the treatment group, and 45 cases in the triple therapy group. Both groups were treated for 1 month to observe the clinical symptoms and improvement of HP. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of gastritis (P <0.05). The eradication rates of the control group and the control group were 90.00% and 86.67%, respectively (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Qingwei San combined with triple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis HP infection has a good effect.
