本文利用体外培养的家兔主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)作为研究对象,观察了几种高脂血清及分离提纯的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)对SMC生成前列环素(PGI_2)的影响。实验结果表明:HDL和LDL都使SMC生成PGI_2增加,且随HDL或LDL浓变的增加而增加;但在含相同胆固醇量时LDL较HDL使SMC生成PGI_2明显减少。高脂血清和高脂+阿斯匹林血清较正常血清使SMC合成PGI_2能力均降低;而高脂+8501血清与正常血清使SMC合成PGl_2量相接近.提示8501可能对SMC内PGI_2的合成酶有直接激活作用。
In this paper, aortic smooth muscle cells (SMCs) were cultured in vitro and the effects of high fat serum and purified high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) on the production of prostacyclin (PGI_2). The results showed that both HDL and LDL increased SMI-producing PGI_2 and increased with the increase of HDL or LDL concentration. However, LDL with HDL decreased the SMI-producing PGI_2 with the same amount of cholesterol. High-fat serum and high-fat + aspirin serum compared with normal serum SMC synthetic PGI_2 ability were reduced; and hyperlipidemia +8501 serum and normal serum SMC synthetic PGl_2 volume close .This suggests 8501 may SMI intracellular PGI_2 synthase There is a direct activation.
