羊肚菌是甘南藏族自治州洮河林区春季生长的野生食用和药用真菌之一,年产干品约60余担,是国际市场极为畅销的食品。为了研究羊肚菌的经济价值,进一步开发利用这一珍贵的自然资源,我们对本地的五种羊肚菌的营养成分进行了分析测定。
Morchella is one of the wild edible and medicinal fungi that grows in the spring in Jihe forest area of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture with an annual output of about 60 dried products and is a very popular food in the international market. In order to study the economic value of Morchella and to further develop and utilize this precious natural resource, we analyzed the nutritional content of five Morchella species.
