沙特阿拉伯的Ghawar油田,通过多种酸处理方法来增加注水井的注入能力以保持油藏压力。在碳酸盐油藏中选择裸眼完井的垂直井和水平井进行酸处理效果评价。这些井通过黏弹性泡沫水HCl乳化酸酸化处理以达到增注的目的。黏弹性泡沫水在这里的作用是提高分流能力和酸处理后废酸的外排能力。本文通过对大量实例的深入研究,得出了最优的酸处理设计方案,这些方案可用于Ghawar油田今后的酸处理优化中。本研究主要反映了为提高注水井注入能力而采取的各种酸化处理手段(HCl酸化、黏弹性泡沫水乳化酸酸化),其研究结果表明,乳化酸的注入体积和所选注入井的吸水性有着密切的关系。
The Ghawar field in Saudi Arabia increases injection well injection capacity to maintain reservoir pressure through a variety of acid treatments. Vertical wells and horizontal wells were selected for openhole completion in carbonate reservoirs for acid treatment. These wells are viscoelastic foam water HCl emulsification acidification in order to achieve the purpose of injection. The role of viscoelastic foam water here is to increase the shunting capacity and the efflux capacity of the spent acid after acid treatment. In this paper, through a large number of examples of in-depth study, the optimal acid treatment design program, these programs can be used for Ghawar oilfield acid treatment optimization. This study mainly reflects the various acidification treatments (HCl acidification and viscoelastic foam water emulsification acidification) which are used to increase injection ability of injection wells. The results show that the injection volume of emulsified acid and the water absorption of the selected injection well There is a close relationship.
