现阶段,与普通高校毕业生就业难“相映成趣”的是各个企业一“匠”难求。企业的发展依靠的是具有精湛技艺的“工匠型”人才,而中职学校恰恰就是培养这类人才的摇篮。那么,中职学校应该怎样培养学生的“工匠精神”呢?将从重塑工匠精神、夯实专业知识、转变评价方式、优化师资队伍、完善实训基地以及加强校企合作等六个方面浅显论述中职学校在培养“工匠精神”方面的一些不成熟的做法与经验。
