本文通过研究目前国内外先进的配电网无功调节方法,针对某供电局配电网运维实际要求,综合考虑网络拓扑结构、负荷分布状况、补偿装置投运成本等因素,通过遗传算法,以年总体运营费用最小作为调节目标,建立优化数学模型,结合通信技术,设计开发了一套专门用于配电网无功调节管理的系统,在保证配电网安全稳定运行的前提下,实现配电网无功功率实时动态调节。经过试点运行,该系统能够对配电网无功功率进行合理调节,有效降低网损,取得预期的经济效益。
In this paper, by studying the current domestic and foreign advanced method of reactive power regulation in distribution network, aiming at the actual requirements of distribution network operation and maintenance of a power supply bureau, considering the network topology, load distribution and commissioning costs of compensation devices, In order to minimize the overall operating expenses as a regulatory goal, the establishment of mathematical model optimization, combined with communication technology, design and development of a set of dedicated distribution network reactive regulation management system, to ensure the safe and stable distribution network under the premise of achieving Distribution network reactive power real-time dynamic regulation. After the pilot operation, the system can reasonably adjust the reactive power in the distribution network, effectively reduce the network loss and achieve the expected economic benefits.
