骨软骨瘤是较常见的良性骨肿瘤[1]，多发生于四肢长骨干骺端，发生于肩胛骨者比较少见。笔者遇到三例肩胛骨骨软骨瘤。均经手术、病理证实，现报告如下。病例介绍例1，男，16岁。左肩部畸形4年。既往曾分次行“骨软骨瘤”切除术，病变票及双股骨内。外髁部、右胫骨近端和腓骨远 Osteochondroma is a more common benign bone tumor [1].
