宁夏在开展保密自查自评督查时发现,基层机关、单位对保密自查自评工作的重要性认识还不到位,程序和方法有待规范,执行自查自评标准不实不准等现象比较突出,决定采取把保密自查自评培训送到基层的办法,规范和提高基层自查自评工作的水平。为此,宁夏成立宣讲小组,从自治区保密师资库中选出两名优秀老师,以自查自评和涉密人员管理为主题,针对基层存在的问题,从自查自评的重要性、内容方法、标准程序以及涉密人员分类确定、教育培训、日常管理等方面,精心备课试讲,并邀请业务处室负责人对授课内容进行点评,确保培训质量。
