超声组织鉴别是目前超声医学诊断的重要发展方向,它利用超声波在人体内传播过程中所获得的信息来确定活体组织的组织类型,从而将超声医学的诊断能力提高到新的层次.本系统自超声发射接收设备中取得测定区活体组织的散射信号,以过零点计数法取得信号频谱移动从而算得该区组织衰减系数.整个测试系统通过6522并行接口与Apple主机相联.应用软件建立在DOS操作系统上,主程序由BASIC语言编制,有关数据采集及予处理的子程序以汇编语言实现以提高处理速度.设有对话式及全面自动两种检测方式,测试结果可由图形及统计处理数据等形式输出.经体模(Phantom)试验后,该系统已投入临床试验.
